Morpho ("App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use the Morpho mobile application on iOS devices. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Face Data Summary

Our App processes images that may contain facial information for AI features (e.g., AI video, AI image, dance video, outfit changes, style transformations). Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 4 (Data Sharing), Section 5 (Data Retention), Section 6 (Data Security), and Section 7 (Your Rights).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Device Identifiers

When you use the App, we collect device identifiers necessary for authentication and service delivery:

Device Advertising ID (IDFA): With your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), we may collect the Identifier for Advertisers to support attribution and analytics.
Identifier for Vendor (IDFV): Used to identify your device for app functionality and account association.
Advertising ID (ADID): An internal identifier stored locally to maintain your account across app sessions.

1.2 User Content

When you use AI-powered features, you may upload photos or images that may contain faces or other personal elements. Photos and images are processed only on your device or on our own servers. We do not send your photos to any third-party AI service. We use this content solely to provide the requested AI features (e.g., photo enhancement, video creation, outfit changes, style transformations).

1.3 Feedback Information

If you submit feedback through the App (e.g., via FAQ or Contact Us), we collect the content of your message, complaint type (if selected), and associated task ID when provided. This information is used solely to respond to and improve our services.

1.4 Purchase and Subscription Data

Subscription and in-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We receive purchase verification status and credit balance from our backend to enable premium features. We do not store your payment card details; payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.

2. Face Data

When you use AI video, AI image, or similar features, the App may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

What we collect: Images you upload or capture that may contain your face or the face of others, solely for the purpose of providing the AI features you request (e.g., dance video, outfit changes, movie poster, superhero transformation, magical effects).
How we use it: Face data is used exclusively to perform the requested AI features. We do not use it for identification, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
Third-party sharing: We do not share face data with any third parties. Face data is processed only on your device or on our own servers.
Storage: Face data (as part of uploaded images) is stored only on our own servers when necessary for processing. It is not stored on or transmitted to third-party AI providers.
Retention: Face data is processed temporarily. When processed on our servers, it is automatically deleted within 7 days after processing completion. We do not retain face data longer than necessary. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7); we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 4 (Data Sharing), 5 (Data Retention), 6 (Data Security), and 7 (Your Rights).

3. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Services

Morpho does not send your personal data to any third-party AI service. All AI-related processing is performed either on your device or on our own servers under our direct control. Your uploaded photos, text prompts, and other content are never shared with or transmitted to external AI service providers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your content (photos, images containing faces, prompts, etc.) with any third-party AI service. Morpho does not use any third-party AI services. No user data (photos, face data, prompts, etc.) is sent to external AI providers.

Meta (Facebook): We use the Facebook SDK for attribution purposes (e.g., app install, registration, in-app purchase events). This helps us understand how users discover the App. Meta may collect device identifiers if you have granted tracking permission. Meta's data practices are governed by their privacy policy.
Apple: Purchase and subscription verification is handled through Apple's services. Apple processes payment and subscription data according to its privacy policy.
Service Providers: We may use service providers who assist in hosting, analytics, or support. We do not share face data or user-generated images with third-party AI providers. Any service provider processing your data is contractually bound to use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to:

Provide the services you request
Comply with legal obligations
Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

Face data and user-uploaded images: Images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. We do not retain face data longer than necessary. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7); we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmitted between the App and our servers uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. To submit a deletion request, please contact us at the email address below. We will process requests within a reasonable period, typically no more than 30 days.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Opt-out of tracking: You may decline or revoke App Tracking Transparency permission in your device settings. This may limit our ability to perform attribution analytics but will not affect core App functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App or through other appropriate means. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
