Face Data Summary
Our App processes images that may contain facial information for AI features (including but not limited to AI image generation, AI video generation, image-to-image, image-to-video, and related creative tools). Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 5 Face Data, with additional details in Section 6 Data Sharing and Disclosure, Section 7 Data Security, Section 11 Your Rights and Data Deletion, and Section 10 Data Retention.
Lunex (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and retain information when you use our mobile application.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may collect identifiers and authentication tokens associated with your account or device-backed session to provide the service, secure access, and sync your usage across sessions as described in our systems.
The App allows you to upload photos or videos and enter text prompts to generate AI-enhanced images or videos. Content you upload may contain faces or other biometric-like visual information that is incidental to the image or video. We collect this content solely to perform the features you request.
The App does not use your content for standalone biometric identification or facial recognition outside of delivering the requested creative features.
We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, network type, and diagnostic logs to operate, secure, and improve the App.
We may collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage analytics. With your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) framework, we may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for advertising measurement and attribution. You may allow or deny tracking when the system prompt appears and change your choice later in Settings.

Lunex does not send your personal data to any third-party AI service. All AI-related processing required to operate the App is performed on your device and/or on servers operated and controlled by us (or our service infrastructure under our direction). Your uploaded photos, videos, text prompts, and other user content are not shared with or transmitted to external AI service providers for model inference.
We do not use your content for user profiling or advertising personalization beyond what is described in this Policy and applicable system permissions.
We do not share your content (photos, images containing faces, videos, prompts, or similar user-generated material) with any third-party AI service. We do not share face data or user-generated images with third-party AI providers.
When you use AI image, AI video, or related features, the App may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information only in these limited circumstances:
Opening statement: We do not share your content (photos, images containing faces, prompts, etc.) with any third-party AI service.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
App does not use any third-party AI services for processing your uploaded media as described in Sections 3 and 4. No user data (photos, face data, prompts, etc.) is sent to external AI providers for model inference.
We may use limited third-party services that do not process your uploaded media for AI generation, for example:
We use Apple’s ATT framework to request permission before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA) where applicable. If you grant permission, identifiers may be used for advertising measurement and attribution. You can change tracking preferences in your device settings.
User-uploaded content and generated outputs may be held only as long as needed to operate the feature and our service.
Face data and media content: Images and videos that may contain facial information and are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion, unless a longer period is strictly required by law or a shorter period applies due to your deletion request. Technical logs may be retained for a limited period for security and operations.
When you request account or data deletion (Section 11), we will process the request within 30 days where applicable.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or to request deletion of your data, contact us using the email below. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted by law.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
